Mr. Dalton Baldwin is renowned for his concerts and recordings with many of today's foremost singers, including Elly Amelling, Arleen Auger, Jessye Norman, Theresa Berganza, Frederica von Stade and Jose Van Dam. His outstanding partnership with baritone Gerard Souzay has taken him on tours throught the musical world.
Together, they have made over fifty records, many of which have garnered international awards. Mr. Baldwin has recorded the complete songs of Faure, Debussy, Ravel, Roussel and Poulenc.

Mr. Baldwin is on the faculty of the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, where he has also served for many years as artistic director for their Art Song Festivals. He is in constant demand for master classes in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Baldwin was born in Summit, New Jersey, and lives in France. He studied at The Juilliard School and Oberlin Conservatory. He continued his studies in Europe with Nadia Boulanger and Madeline Lippatti. He received an honorary doctorate of music from Oberlin Conservatory and was awarded the Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres from the French government.
